ENTRY VISA

 ASSISTANCE AT THE DIFFERENT AIRPORTS:

The support services upon arrival and departure are not provided at all airports before passport control (such as Dubai Airport, Abu Dhabi and Oman). The authorities at the respective airports have restricted the presence of assistance personnel inside arrival and departure halls to airport staff only. Thus assisting our customers is not feasible in visa procedures and immigration. Our personnel can begin providing services out of the airports; but there are still some airports that haven’t banned companies from offering their service – free of charge – as soon as the customer lands such as cairo, Aswan and Luxor Airports in Egypt, Amman in Jordan. In airports where presence is restricted, neutral companies can be hired at an extra cost to receive customers before passport control like Dubai and Abu Dhabi; however, we cannot guarantee that this personnel speak the customers’ languages as they are not controlled by us. In any case, we can hire them upon request; usually for VIPs and incentive groups, but are also available for regular individual customers.

VISAS: 
Citizen passport-holders of the European community usually enjoy getting the entry visa upon arrival at the airport at a cost or no cost depending on the country.

Citizens from other nationalities may also obtain their entry visa upon arrival in Egypt and Jordan; however, for the UAE and the Oman Sultanate rules are more restrictive.

Travellers must have applied and filled out a “Visa Application Form” and sent it together with a scanned passport and a personal photograph (no larger than 40kb) to our Dubai Office (booking@galaxiadubai.com) in order to process it and get an acceptance prior to the customer’s departure.(see on the Visa procedure tab.)

The visa procedure normally takes 3 to 5 business days (the weekend is Friday and Saturday). Once the customer has got the acceptance, he/she must submit a hard copy along with the passport at passport control upon arrival. The airport authorities ask the customers to get “eye-prints” while the passport control. 

The cost of entry visas for each country and the requirements are:

  • Purchase Visa upon arrival at any of the banks located inside the arrival hall. COST = 7 OMR/person = $19 aprox.
  • Purchase Visa prior to arrival. COST = $40/person. Includes visa and any minimum required deposits.
JORDAN SCHENGEN & OTHERS: upon arrival
  • Purchase visa upon arrival at any bank located inside the arrival hall. COST = $15/person aprox.
EGYPT SCHENGEN & OTHERS: upon arrival
  • Purchase visa upon arrival at any bank located in the arrival hall. COST = $25/person.
  • Purchase visa prior to arrival. COST = $35/person. Includes visa and minimum required deposit.

Programs that require entry into a country more than once must pay the visa everytime they cross the border and exit the transit area.
